Rich Witch Platform Terms of Use

These Terms govern registration, payment, viewing, communication, and use of the restricted features of the https://richwitch.com platform. The User must read them before registering and paying. Terms about the composition of the service, price, and refunds are set by the Public Offer; the Offer prevails in the event of a conflict on these matters.

1 Access to the platform

  • Only persons who have reached the age of 18 may use the Platform. A separate age confirmation may be required before payment and before viewing.
  • Registration requires a current name and email. It is prohibited to create an account in another person's name or to use someone else's account without a lawful basis.
  • The password must be kept secret. A login, password, codes, tokens, links, or viewing access on a device may not be shared with third parties, including minors.
  • Each account supports one active authorised session; a new sign-in may end the previous one. Multiple tabs and the brief continued validity of a previously issued player license do not authorise simultaneous viewing by several people.
  • If a compromise is suspected, change the password and contact support.

    • 2 Order and payment

  • Before paying, check the Event, date, time and time zone, Tier, Add-on services, Recording period, total price, and the account address.
  • The payment button states the amount. Payment is processed through Robokassa; card details are entered on the payment service's side.
  • The ticket is displayed in the account. A downloadable text confirmation is not a standalone means of access and may not be passed on to third parties.
  • One video greeting and one online meeting of the relevant category may be available per ticket, unless the interface provides otherwise. An expired offer should not be paid for; contact support in the case of a mistaken payment.
  • Refunds are processed under the Offer's rules through the account or support@richwitch.com.

    • 3 Technical requirements

    Device

    A personal computer, tablet, or smartphone with a current operating system and support for protected video.

    Browser

    A current version of a common browser; JavaScript, cookies, protected playback, and DRM enabled.

    Internet

    A stable connection sufficient for the chosen quality; a wired connection or a stable Wi-Fi network is recommended.

    Sound and meetings

    Working speakers/headphones; for a meeting — also a microphone, a camera if needed, and the relevant browser permissions.

    Testing

    Before the Event, run the player test, sign in to the correct account, and disable incompatible extensions and VPNs if problems occur.

    If an error occurs, save the time, error text or a screenshot, device model, browser version, and Order number. Never send support your password, CVV, or full card number.

    4 Watching the stream and recording

  • Access opens in the account during the period stated on the Event page. The User is responsible for accounting for their own time zone.
  • An 18+ warning is shown before viewing. A preview containing profanity is not played until the age screen has been passed.
  • Screen or audio recording, downloading, retransmission, public display, filming of restricted screens, stream extraction, circumventing DRM, and distributing fragments are prohibited.
  • Automated requests, bots, scripts, interception tools, decompilation, token guessing, or actions creating excessive load may not be used.
  • Access to the Recording ends when the stated period expires. The User does not acquire a right to obtain the source file.

    • 5 Chat and messages

    The chat is intended for discussion on the topic of the Event. Emotional speech is acceptable given the 18+ rating, however the following are prohibited:

  • threats, bullying, harassment, humiliation, discrimination, incitement to violence or harm;
  • unlawful materials, promotion of prohibited activity, instructions for committing offences;
  • publishing other people's personal data, documents, correspondence, contacts, or images without a lawful basis;
  • spam, mass repeated messages, links without context, self-promotion, advertising, lead generation, and contact harvesting;
  • impersonating the artist, an organiser, an administrator, or another user;
  • malicious links, phishing, fraud, attempts to obtain a password or payment details;
  • discussing ways to bypass protection, sharing restricted links, and publishing screenshots of restricted messages without the participants' consent.

    • 6 Moderation

    6.1. A moderator may hide or delete a message, restrict a user's ability to post messages, temporarily disable the chat, or block a user for a violation. Urgent measures may be applied without prior notice where necessary to protect participants or the Platform.

    6.2. The severity, repetition, consequences, and remediability of the violation are considered when choosing a measure. Restricting the chat does not end viewing where technically and legally possible. A material violation, unlawful recording, transferring access, or a security threat may result in the full termination of access under the Offer.

    6.3. Appeals are sent to support@richwitch.com with the Order number, nickname, time, and a description of the situation.

    7 Afterparty and one-on-one meetings

  • The link and time are confidential. Sharing them with third parties or bringing in outsiders is prohibited.
  • The User connects in advance, checks their connection, and uses a displayed name that allows them to be matched to their Order.
  • Duration is determined by the Order. A User's lateness reduces the available time; rescheduling is arranged in advance through support.
  • Recording, photographing, streaming, or publishing content is permitted only with the prior consent of all persons involved and the rights holders.
  • Threats, insults, sexual harassment, coercion, displaying unlawful content, and demands to perform unlawful, degrading, or reputationally harmful acts are prohibited.
  • The organiser or artist may immediately end the interaction if there is a security threat or a material violation. Payment consequences are determined by the Offer and by law.

    • 8 Video greetings

  • The wish must be phrased briefly and must not contain unlawful, discriminatory, offensive, politically provocative, or reputationally harmful requests.
  • If a video greeting is ordered for a third party, the User discloses only the minimum name or form of address necessary and is responsible for the lawfulness of sharing that data.
  • The performer may adapt the wording without changing its overall meaning, or offer to replace an impermissible request.
  • The video greeting is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Publication must not create the impression of an advertisement, or of endorsing a product, position, or person.

    • 9 Confidentiality and privacy

    The User complies with the separate Confidentiality Agreement. Distributing restricted materials, screenshots, messages, and information about participants is prohibited. Exceptions for protecting rights, and for addressing a lawyer, a court, or a government authority, are preserved.

    10 Restriction and restoration of access

  • Access may be temporarily restricted on suspicion of a compromise, anomalous activity, a chargeback, a transfer of the account, or a violation of these Terms.
  • Once a refund on the main ticket is registered, viewing is suspended; if the refund is rejected, it may be restored within the service period.
  • An old token or video buffer may remain valid briefly until the next check; this does not mean the right of access is preserved.
  • Once the risk is resolved and the User's right is confirmed, access is restored provided the service and access period continue.

    • 11 Support and security

    Support: support@richwitch.com. State the account email, Order number, time, device, browser, and a description. Staff never ask for a password, CVV, an SMS code, or a full card number.

    Report a discovered vulnerability confidentially to support, and do not use it to access others' data, disrupt operations, or disclose it publicly before it is fixed.

    12 Personal data, cookies and third-party services

    Data processing is described in the Policy and in a separate Consent. The Platform uses technical session cookies. Opening the payment form, the Kinescope player, a meeting service, or a mail link also means interacting with the corresponding service. An optional promotional mailing requires separate consent.

    13 Changes to these Terms

    A new revision is published on the Platform. Changes that worsen the composition of the service or refund terms do not apply to an already paid Order without the User's consent. Urgent security and moderation measures may be applied immediately where proportionate to the risk and where they do not override mandatory rights.

    I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, have read the warning about profanity, and understand that the content is not intended for persons under 18.

    Personal data

    I consent to the processing of personal data on the terms set out and confirm that I have read the Policy.

    Confidentiality

    I accept the Confidentiality Agreement and undertake not to disclose non-public information of the platform and its participants.

    Advertising, optional

    I agree to receive promotional messages. I may opt out at any time.

    The Platform stores the text revision, date, time, the account or Order identifier, and a technical confirmation identifier. Checkboxes are never pre-ticked.
